Harry is a Frosty Sargassum Fish and brother-in law of Pippy. He was originally a Hairy Bulborb, however, Blixafish wanted to make a non-copyrighted version, and after seeing Pippy's new version he decided to make him a Sargassumfish. He currently lives in Pelagia.
